IRON LYNX REVEALS 2025 WRC AND FRENCH RALLY PROGRAMME SUPPORTED BY CITROËN RACING

Iron Lynx has revealed an ambitious 2025 rally programme that will be supported by revered off-road racing marque Citroën Racing. The campaign will span the FIA World Rally Championship support category WRC2 and both the tarmac and gravel French Rally Championships.

After a successful first year of rally competition, Iron Lynx’s 2025 efforts will be bolstered by the renowned French manufacturer Citroën Racing, as well as its existing collaboration with Sarrazin Motorsport.

In partnership with Citroën Racing, Iron Lynx will field a pair of C3 Rally2 entries in 2025, competing across France and on the world stage.

The team’s first pairing of Réhane Gany and Frank Le Floch will contest a full season of the tarmac French Rally Championship.

19-year-old French star Pablo Sarrazin with co-driver Geoffrey Combe, and the Iron Dames rally pairing of Sarah Rumeau and Julie Amblard, will step up to the world stage in 2025 for campaigns in WRC2, the support category to the FIA World Rally Championship.

The two crews will take on seven nominated points-scoring events across asphalt and gravel, with their campaigns comprising Monte Carlo, Portugal, Sardinia, Greece, Finland, Central Europe and Saudi Arabia.

They will also contest partial campaigns in both the French Rally Championship and the French Gravel Rally Championship, ensuring the maximum possible experience across all terrains throughout their seasons.

We’re thrilled to be working with Citroën Racing and Stellantis Motorsport on this exciting new project. Having support from such a historic manufacturer is going to help take our efforts in off-road motorsport to the next level in 2025. Together with our superb driver line-ups and our existing collaboration with Sarrazin Motorsport, I think we have the right ingredients to fight at the front in both WRC2 and the French championships next year.

Andrea Piccini, Iron Lynx Team Principal & CEO

I’m really happy to continue with Rehane Gany next year, he improved a lot this season. It wasn’t easy, but he did a good job and we worked very hard on his development ahead of 2025. We will be giving it our all to fight for the top positions. I’m also super happy that Pablo is joining the Iron Lynx family. He had an amazing season where he showed great pace on gravel. A big thanks to Deborah and the team for giving him the opportunity to improve and learn at world championship level.

Stéphane Sarrazin, Sarrazin Motorsport

We at Citroën Racing are proud to collaborate with Iron Lynx and Sarrazin Motorsport on this ambitious project, perfectly aligned with Stellantis Motorsport’s DNA: nurturing young talents to reach the highest level. Pablo, Sarah, and Réhane, all former participants in Stellantis Motorsprt’s promotional formulas, have shown exceptional potential. We look forward to seeing them represent our colours in the French Rally Championship, French Gravel Rally Championship, and WRC2.
