IRON DAMES AND IRON LYNX COMPLETE AN INTENSE AND INSPIRING TRAINING CAMP IN EVIAN

The Iron Dames and Iron Lynx teams have successfully concluded their second training camp of the season, held between July 22 to July 24 in the picturesque setting of Evian, France. Aiming to provide an opportunity for athletes to bond, learn, challenge, and grow together, the camp brought together over 30 athletes, including the Iron Dames drivers, Iron Lynx drivers, Iron Dames riders and aspiring talents from both teams.

The camp’s agenda was meticulously crafted with Hinsta Performance to ensure a blend of rigorous training and restorative activities. Participants engaged in mix of high-intensity workouts, including strength and conditioning, sports psychology, nutrition workshops and challenging outdoor activities such as rafting, hiking and mountain biking, where surpassing oneself and team spirit have been key. The serene environment of Evian provided the perfect backdrop for focused training and reflection, allowing the teams to recharge and refocus their efforts.

The Iron Lynx/Iron Dames training camps are part of the fast development of the projects and a broader initiative to ensure that current members of the teams and new entrants are feeling a part of a big family and remain at the forefront of their well-being and performance in their respective fields. Budling on the success of the event and the enthusiastic feedback of participants, these camps are scheduled to be held twice a year, once in summer and once in winter, providing continuous opportunities to maintain peak performance and foster a strong team spirit.
