Who
we are
Founded in 2017 in Cesena (Italy), Iron Lynx is a Motorsport Lab that has been built on the desire to become a professional racing team, a goal pursued through the relentless commitment of our founders and the extraordinary passion of every single member.
In just a few years, Iron Lynx has won several titles making it one of the most thrilling teams in the field.

Mission

Our mission is to inspire people to follow their goals, on and off the track through passion, dedication, hard work and resilience. We aim to be the landmark outfit in motorsport, for both the stars of tomorrow as well as keen amateurs.
We imagine a future where all drivers aspire to wear the lynx on their chest, with the Iron Lynx spirit felt throughout motorsport and beyond, and where people feel that no goal is impossible, no dream is too big and no barrier cannot be broken.
Iron Lynx and Lamborghini
Lamborghini Iron Lynx marks the start of the next chapter in our story, the start of a new, exciting era where Iron Lynx and Lamborghini will officially partner to deliver the manufacturer’s LMDh racing programme in FIA World Endurance Championship and IMSA SportsCar Championship from 2024 onwards.
The LMDh car will run a twin-turbo V8 hybrid as Lamborghini embarks on a new technological journey in motorsport with the established and hugely successful Iron Lynx operation. The technical and engineering support for the project will come from PREMA Engineering, a new consultancy division from PREMA Group, which will make the most of its 40-year championship-winning racing expertise. Piloting the Lamborghini SC63 will be former Formula One drivers Romain Grosjean and Daniil Kvyat, alongside Mirko Bortolotti, Edoardo Mortara, Matteo Cairoli and Andrea Caldarelli.
A worldwide
GT3 programme
Supported by Lamborghini Squadra Corse, Iron Lynx will also compete in a worldwide GT3 programme, which includes FIA World Endurance Championship’s new LMGT3 class, IMSA Endurance Cup, GT World Challenge Endurance Cup, European Le Mans Series and Le Mans Cup in 2024.
The team will race in three of the biggest endurance races in the world – 24-hour contests at Daytona, Le Mans and Spa-Francorchamps, alongside its season-long campaigns in the most intense GT3 competitions around.
Iron Lynx and Prema,
a winning alliance
Iron Lynx and PREMA joined forces under the control of the Swiss-based company DC Racing Solutions Ltd, becoming one of the largest international groups in motorsport.
The aim of the enterprise is to build a racing platform for young talent, professional drivers and client racers, covering GT racing, single-seaters and beyond. This also benefits the Iron Dames project, an integral part of Iron Lynx, a project created to encourage more women into motorsport at all levels – from drivers, through to mechanics, engineers, and management.
Since 2022, Iron Lynx has supported PREMA Racing in its first foray in endurance racing, in the LMP2 category of the 2022 FIA World Endurance Championship and European Le Mans Series, while the team’s technical partnership will continue into 2024.
